最近開始用Tandem這個APP找能夠教我英語的夥伴

Recently I started using Tandem app to find someone who can teach me English.

無意中看到了一篇講用語言交換來學習語言的問題：

I casually found an article talking about the problems of language exchange:

"5 Reasons why Tandems Don't Work"

裡面提到的一些問題與建議，我覺得值得注意，確實是會遇到的狀況

I think it's noticeable that some problems and suggestions mentioned in it would actually happen.

所以以下摘錄裡面的重點，先記下來，以後可以弄一篇準則之類的文章，讓「語言交換」這件事可以更有效

So I summarized the good points, therefore I could make an article of some principles for myself to make my language exchange more efficient.

In order for my partner to understand what I’m saying, I wrote the article in Mandarin along with English text.

1. 某些語言較難找到交換夥伴
   It may be hard to get a partner for some languages.
2. B需要專注並忍受A吞吞吐吐
   B needs to concentrate more and bear A hesitating in speech.

   B needs some abilities of teaching language.
4. 大部份人不是只為了語言學習
   Most partners are not only for learning language.

1. 用另一種語言解釋母語
   Explaining native language in the other language.
2. 根據對方的能力給予學習的材料
   Giving appropriate materials according to B’s level.
8. 初學者A不需要一直講超過15~20分鐘，所以要跟B約較短的時間
   Beginner A can’t keep talking for more than 15~20 minutes, so should arrange shorter meetings.
